**1. About us**
This website, thelobsterbox.co.uk, is run by **BOX32 LTD**, trading as Lobster Box, of 5-7 The Crescent, Newquay, TR71DT.

**2. Ordering**
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if a date is fully booked or an address is outside our delivery area, and we'll refund you in full if so.
**3. Prices and payment**
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our secure checkout.
**4. Delivery**
We deliver on the dates and in the areas described in our Shipping policy. Please make sure your address, postcode, phone number and What3Words are correct, as we can't be responsible for deliveries made to the details you provide.
5. Our food, allergies and intolerances WE DO NOT CATER FOR ANY ALLERGYNS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. Should you have an intolerance or allergy but still would like to order, please email the chef at chef@lobsterboxcornwall.co.uk and we will always do all we can.
Our recipes are developed by our chef and are custom to our boxes. They contain **seafood (crustaceans and molluscs), fish, nuts, eggs, milk, cereals containing gluten and chicken stock**, among other ingredients, and some dishes contain alcohol. We don't list every ingredient, and our kitchen handles all of these allergens, so **we're unable to cater for allergies or intolerances**. If you have any questions before ordering, email **chef@lobsterboxcornwall.co.uk** and we'll do what we can.
Our food is prepared to be eaten cold or gently warmed as instructed. Please keep it chilled at 0–5°C and enjoy it within 36 hours of delivery.
**6. Seasonal availability**
We work with the tide. Menus change through the year, and if the catch is limited we may substitute an ingredient for one of equal or better quality. If a substitution changes your box significantly, we'll contact you first.
**7. Cancellations, problems and refunds**
Please see our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
**8. Our liability**
We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses (our boxes are for domestic and private use). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
**9. Corporate and bespoke orders**
Bespoke and corporate orders are agreed with you individually by email. Anything we agree in writing for your order applies alongside these terms.
**10. Using this website**
The photos, text, film and branding on this website belong to Lobster Box and may not be copied without our permission.
**11. Changes to these terms**
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
**12. Law**
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
