Shipping policy
**Where and when we deliver**

**When to order**
Orders must be placed by **12pm, 48 hours before your delivery date**. For example, for Friday's Cornwall delivery, order by 12pm on Wednesday. You can also pre-order months in advance. If a date can't be selected in the calendar, we're fully booked for that day.
**One area per order**
Each order is delivered to one address in one delivery area. To send boxes to different areas, for example one in Cornwall and one in London, please place a separate order for each.
**Delivery charges**
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
**No need to be in**
Every box is packed in temperature-controlled, wool-lined packaging with ice packs. It stays fresh for **36 hours after delivery**, so you don't need to wait in. Please put it in the fridge (0–5°C) as soon as you can and enjoy it within 36 hours of delivery.
**Finding you**
For Cornwall and London deliveries, please add your **What3Words** location when you choose your box. It helps our driver find your door, holiday let or gate first time. For holiday lets, please tell us of any key safe, access or parking instructions in the order notes.
**London postcodes**
Our London run covers addresses within 10 miles of Charing Cross. The website checks your postcode when you order. If you're further out, choose Nationwide delivery instead.
**Nationwide courier deliveries**
Boxes are dispatched on the morning of your chosen date by a before-12pm courier service, and you'll receive tracking details. If the courier is delayed and your food arrives outside its 36-hour freshness window, contact us and we'll put it right.
