We're increasing our delivery days over Christmas and New Year in every area. Here are the extra dates, on top of our usual delivery days:
- Cornwall: 22, 23, 24, 29 & 31 December
- London: 23 & 30 December
- Nationwide dispatch: 22, 23, 30 & 31 December
All festive dates are subject to availability and book up quickly, so choose yours from the calendar when you order. Orders by 12pm, 48 hours before delivery. We're closed on Christmas Day.

No. Everything is packed in temperature-controlled, wool-lined packaging with ice packs, and stays fresh for 36 hours after delivery.
In Cornwall, our own team hand delivers every box. In London, we drive it up ourselves on our Thursday run. Everywhere else in the UK, your box travels by DHL Before 12. We've found it the most reliable service, and it means your box arrives by midday.
Orders must be placed by 12pm, 48 hours before your chosen delivery date. You can also preorder months in advance.
If a date is missing, we have sold out for that delivery slot. Please get in touch if you need something for a certain day. If we can help, we always will.
Yes, free of charge, so we can reuse what we can. Our packaging is recyclable and we're moving towards 100% biodegradable materials.
Our recipes are custom to our boxes and contain seafood, nuts, eggs and chicken stock among other ingredients, so we're unable to cater for allergies and intolerances. Email chef@lobsterboxcornwall.co.uk and we'll do what we can.
